Products & production
We make all our prosthetics and ProFX Teeth by hand from start to finish in the Moonstruck Effects Lab,
and try to put our heart & soul into every product we create.
Because everything is made in our own lab we will also never run out of stock... because there is no stock.

Our Prosthetics and ProFX Teeth are made to order. This means that we start the production of our products when we have received payment for your items.
Please allow 3 work days production time for prosthetics, materials and props and 6 work days for our ProFX Teeth. Our custom products are aimed to be finished in a period of 14 work days. The production time for our other products may vary depending on what needs to be created.
Please advise the production times are just an estimate and don't include transit times.

Customers deadlines and schedules are NOT the responsibility of Moonstruck Effects.

In busier times, such as Halloween, it may take a little longer for your order to get finished. Please also allow some extra time for your order to arrive in these periods. If you want to make sure you get your products in time, we can only advise to place your order(s) well in advance.
All shipping costs and product prices shown on our website are excluding tax.

Reaction speed
We do our best to be at your service as soon as possible. But we are only human, so it is possible it takes some time for us to respond.
At the end of May and at the end of the year we have our annual holidays. All orders received during this time will be shipped as soon as possible, once we get everything running again.

Order Cancellation
Cancellations on orders can be done at any time before production has started.
If you want to cancel an order, just contact us by sending an email to info@moonstruckeffects.com, or
via the contact page on the website.
Once production has started refunds will be done with a coupon code four the Moonstruck Effects website, with your order amount.
If production has already started it might be possible we won't be able to give a full refund for your order because of production, material and administration costs. The fee for this will depend on the stage of production your product is in, but has a minimum of 25% of the order value.

This is because most of our products are created by hand in our own lab once they are ordered and we don't work with stock like factory producing companies do. This also means someone has put time, love, money and effort into your order.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on orders that have been given priority handling, have been given special treatment in order to fit customers personal/professional deadlines or that are customized to your needs.

Items can NOT be cancelled once they are marked as shipped. In order to get a refund for shipped items we will need to receive a return first.

Returns
We only accept returns on our items if they are undamaged and in their original packaging up to 30 days after you received your order.
Returns and the return cost are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only be done after the item(s) properly returned.
Items that are custom created or customized can NOT be returned.
Custom created and customized items include all ProFX Teeth, Custom FX Teeth, Prosthetics & alterations made on standard products.

Shipment

We can ship our products all over the world!

The shipping fees are automatically calculated in the shopping cart and vary depending on your location and order weight.
The exact shipping cost can only be calculated after you have given us your shipping details.

Packages are generally dispatched as soon as possible. 
Keep in mind all our products are created by hand in our own lab from start to finish, so there is also a production time prior to shipment.
The production for your order starts after receipt of payment.


During the checkout process it is possible to select your shipping method.

Regular Shipping

Regular Shipping is the cheapest way of shipping and does not have tracking or insurance.
This method has a slower average transit time than the Secure Shipping method.
Special care is taken to protect fragile objects, but because this option can't be insured, your package will be dispatched at your own risk.
Because this option doesn't have tracking or insurance there is unfortunately nothing we can do if your parcel would get lost.

Secure Shipping

Secure Shipping has a tracking code, insurance and can be tracked through the website of the courier.
Please contact us if you want to track your order yourself and didn't receive an email with a tracking link.
The Tacking link is emailed around the same as the order status is marked as shipped.

This shipping method also guarantees your order will arrive without damage. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If you prefer an express delivery, please contact us so we can find out together what might be the best shipping method for your needs. We will send you a separate invoice for this.
If you have already chosen a shipping option the cost for this will be taken into account for calculating the express shipping cost.

If you wish to use any other service, couriers etc., please contact us so we can arrange an ideal shipping for your needs.
Orders that are customized to your request will cost more to get your items shipped and incur a small additional handling charge.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with information to track your order status.

The shipping costs on our website include the costs for the shipment, transport, tax (depending on your location), handling costs, packaging and print work.
These costs vary
according to total weight of the shipment, your location and the total of ordered products.
All preliminary shown shipping costs are excluding tax. All of our normal orders are sent by B-post mail.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.


Transit times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. We are also not responsible for longer transit times caused by the courier or customs, or additional customs fees.We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately when the order has been marked completed, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Please be aware that once your order has been passed to the delivery service, control of the delivery is out of our hands.
So from this point we don't have control anymore and also have to rely on the promises the courier has made.
Please contact us if you should find your order is longer in transit than expected, so we can take a closer look into this.
We will always be ready to help if possible.

When shipping outside Belgium, orders will pass through customs both in Belgium and the destination country; customs in each country will have their own laws and regulations and can occasionally cause delays, even to packages sent by services guaranteed by couriers.
We are also not responsible for customs fees. Moonstruck Effects has no control over customs laws. Please do not complain to us in regards to this. We will not alter an invoice or adjust retail values as to avoid a higher customs fee.
